740 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the rules and conditions governing your use of the 740 platform. By registering for or using any service provided by 740, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. Please read all sections carefully before using the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the 740 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and all other policies published by the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the 740 platform. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 740 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 740 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and valid bank details. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in your account being suspended, and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us. The 740 platform is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your 740 account.
  • Do not log in from a public device or an unsecured public WiFi network.
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
  • Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed at the platform's discretion.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 740 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including FPX, online banking, and supported digital wallets. Available payment methods may change from time to time at the platform's discretion.

Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated in the system. Any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors are beyond 740's control. You are advised to retain proof of transaction for reference purposes.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the 740 account holder. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted. The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals of certain amounts or in circumstances that appear suspicious, for anti-money laundering purposes.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by the platform and can be checked in your account settings or through customer support. The platform reserves the right to decline or delay any transaction deemed suspicious without providing detailed reasons.

4. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct

Users are required to use the 740 platform honestly and responsibly. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to manipulate games or the platform's systems.
  • Colluding dishonestly with other users to gain an unfair advantage in games.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contravenes the stated terms and conditions.
  • Spreading false information, harassing other users, or engaging in any unlawful activity through the platform.
  • Attempting to access the systems, data, or accounts of other users without authorisation.

The 740 platform reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending accounts, withholding balances, or referring information to the relevant authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

The 740 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure the service runs smoothly, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or maintenance downtime. The 740 platform is not liable for any financial loss, data loss, or damage arising from system outages, software errors, or factors beyond our control, including disruptions to the user's internet connection.

Any liability claim against the 740 platform is limited to the amount you deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 740 platform — including logos, interfaces, graphic designs, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of the 740 platform or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 740 platform may contain links to third-party services such as payment processors or game providers. These links are provided for convenience only. The 740 platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.

6. Account Closure, Amendments & Governing Law

Account Suspension & Closure

The 740 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or unauthorised software, or a request from the relevant authorities. In cases where a suspension is confirmed to be unrelated to user misconduct, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation.

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. Any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Amendments to Terms

The 740 platform reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are responsible for checking this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 740 platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
